I started with a vision of developing an off the shelf IT Ops monitoring offering that includes best practices, key performance measurements, and implementation expertise to help companies address the challenges faced by their IT Operations, while also preparing them for a future, which I believe involves the use of artificial intelligence within their IT Ops. As CEO of Optimiz, I’m focused on driving forward our mission of simplifying the solution monitoring space, making it easier for our customers to realize the benefits that the right solutions can provide in delivering on their most important assets – their digital products and services, brand, and above all, their customer’s experience.

As Chief Strategy Officer, I’m responsible for defining the overall strategy and direction for the business. I believe the opportunity for enhancing the digital experience is significant with the advent of technology solutions in the app and infrastructure management space. We work with our customers from devising the right strategy, defining clear metrics/KPIs that tie to the core objectives and goals for their business, and providing the right complement of people, process and technology to transform their IT Operations.

As Chief Technology Officer, I ensure we are keeping up with the constantly changing technology landscape for application, infrastructure, event processing and incident management – supporting the end to end process for IT Operations teams.
